摘  要:智能制造作为制造业数字化转型和高质量发展的核心驱动力,正逐步从“先进级”迈向“卓越级”。这一转型不仅涉及技术的迭代升级,更包含管理模式、生态体系与人才培养的深刻变革。然而,当前企业在核心技术创新能力、数据安全与隐私保护、组织管理变革等方面仍面临诸多挑战。基于此,文章系统梳理了从“先进级”到“卓越级”智能制造转型的关键要素,深入分析了技术创新、管理优化、人才培养与生态协同的作用机制,并针对性地提出解决策略,包括构建核心技术研发体系、优化智能化生产模式、提升复合型人才队伍建设、完善数据安全框架等。文章旨在构建理论与实践结合的路径框架,为制造业企业在智能制造领域实现卓越发展提供参考,为产业链协同创新与高质量发展提供新视角。Intelligent manufacturing,as the core driving force for digital transformation and high-quality development of the manufacturing industry,is gradually moving from an“advanced level”to an“excellent level”.This transformation not only involves iterative upgrading of technology,but also profound changes in management mode,ecosystem,and talent cultivation.However,current enterprises still face many challenges in terms of core technology innovation capabilities,data security and privacy protection,and organizational management changes.Based on this,the article systematically summarizes the key elements of the transformation from“advanced level”to“excellent level”intelligent manufacturing,deeply analyzes the mechanisms of technological innovation,management optimization,talent cultivation,and ecological synergy,and proposes targeted solutions,including building a core technology research and development system,optimizing intelligent production mode,enhancing the construction of a composite talent team,and improving data security framework.This study aims to construct a path framework that combines theory and practice,providing reference for manufacturing enterprises to achieve outstanding development in the field of intelligent manufacturing,and offering a new perspective for collaborative innovation and high-quality development of the industrial chain.
