西部地区高校数字图书馆云服务平台构建策略研究——以甘肃省为例

摘　　要：随着互联网信息技术的高速发展,云计算技术的广泛应用为高校图书馆数字资源共享平台的构建提供了保障。文章研究表明,作为经济发展水平相对较低的西部地区高校数字图书馆云服务平台建设项目,应以中国高等教育文献保障系统“CALIS三期”项目建设基本思想为指导,搭建省级数字图书馆云服务平台,通过IaaS基础设施即服务、PaaS平台即服务、SaaS软件及服务等多种形式为全省用户提供基于云计算的数字图书馆服务,实现区域性数字图书馆联盟规划建设,既整合资源降低了投资成本,也为以后更大范围的数字资源共享打下基础。With the rapid development of Internet information technology,the wide application of cloud computing technology provides a guarantee for the construction of digital resource sharing platform in university libraries.As a digital library cloud service platform construction project in the western region with a relatively low level of economic development,the provincial digital library cloud service platform should be built under the guidance of the basic idea of the construction of the“CALISⅢ”project of China’s higher education document security system.Through IaaS infrastructure as a service,PaaS platform as a service,SaaS software as a service and other forms to provide users in the province based on cloud computing digital library services,to achieve regional digital library alliance planning and construction,not only to integrate resources to reduce investment costs,but also to lay the foundation for a larger range of digital resource sharing in the future.
