摘 要:2016—2022年,渤海A油田动管柱修井作业后,油井产能恢复率不断下降,且自2018年开始,由于高温及腐蚀问题,多井次出现井下中心管结垢现象,导致停产维修时间延长,单井年总产量降低,作业费用增加。为解决产能恢复率低和井管结垢的问题,通过对储层物性、地下流体物性、岩石表面物理化学特征进行分析,确定产能恢复率低的井次主要集中在中低渗高含蜡的沙河街组储层,其主要原因为地层自身固有的潜在损坏因素在各种外在条件的持续作用下被诱发,尤其是水锁伤害和无机垢沉积伴随油田整个开发生产过程及中-低含水期的蜡沉积,三者共同作用下导致油层绝对渗透率或相对渗透率大幅度降低、油井产量下降。From 2016 to 2022,the recovery rate of oil well productivity in Bohai A Oilfield continued to decline after the workover operation.Since 2018,due to high temperature and corrosion issues,scaling has occurred in the central pipes of multiple wells,resulting in extended downtime for maintenance,reduced annual production per well,and increased operating costs.To solve the problems of low capacity recovery rate and well pipe scaling,through the analysis of reservoir properties,subsurface fluid properties,and rock surface physicochemical characteristics,the article finds that the wells with low productivity recovery rate are mainly concentrated in the Shahejie formation reservoir which has low-to-moderate permeability and high wax content.The reason is that the inherent potential damage factors of the formation are induced by various external conditions,such as water lock damage and inorganic scale deposition accompanied by the whole development and production process of the oilfield,as well as wax deposition in the low-to-moderate water cut stage.The combined action of the three factors ultimately leads to a significant reduction in the absolute or relative permeability of the oil reservoir and a decline in the oil well output.
