摘  要:[目的]研究前处理工艺对镁合金电镀镍耐蚀性的影响。[方法]以AZ91D镁合金为基体,分别对其进行直接化学镀Ni–P合金,浸锌后化学镀Ni–P合金,以及NH_(4)HF_(2)活化后化学镀Ni–P合金。对比了不同工艺所得Ni–P合金镀层的耐蚀性。同时,分析了AZ91D镁合金在不同处理工序后的微观结构及耐蚀性。[结果]对AZ91D镁合金进行NH_(4)HF_(2)活化和碱性化学镀Ni–P合金后,再电镀Ni及封闭处理,所得的Ni–P/Ni镀层均匀致密,耐蚀性和结合力良好。[结论]本研究的前处理工艺环保、高效,操作简便,对推动镁合金化学镀和电镀技术的发展具有积极的意义。[Objective]The effect of pretreatment process on the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy electroplated with nickel needs to be studied.[Method]Electroless Ni-P alloy plating was carried out on AZ91D magnesium alloy directly,and after zinc-dipping or activation with NH_(4)HF_(2)solution.The corrosion resistance of Ni-P alloy coatings electroplated with different method was compared.The microstructure and corrosion resistance of AZ91D magnesium alloy after different treatment step were analyzed.[Result]The Ni-P/Ni coating electroplated on AZ91D magnesium alloy pretreated by activation with NH_(4)HF_(2)solution and alkaline electroless Ni-P alloy plating,and post-treated by sealing was uniform and compact with excellent corrosion resistance and adhesion.[Conclusion]The pretreatment process in this study is environmentally friendly,efficient,and easy to operate,showing positive significance for the development of electroless plating and electroplating technologies of magnesium alloys.
