摘  要:[目的]研究热镀锌和化学镀Ni–P合金35CrMo钢在海洋工业环境中的耐腐蚀性能。[方法]通过浸泡腐蚀试验、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和塔菲尔(Tafel)极化曲线测试、X射线衍射分析,对比了不同表面处理的35CrMo钢在模拟海洋工业环境中的腐蚀行为,探讨了它们的腐蚀机制。[结果]在含0.01 mol/L NaHSO_(3)的人造海水中长时间浸泡后,Ni–P合金镀层表面出现少量较浅的点蚀坑,Zn镀层则发生均匀腐蚀。Ni–P合金镀层表面的腐蚀产物对35CrMo钢具有一定的保护作用。Zn镀层表面腐蚀产物对基体的保护作用有限,当其被完全消耗后将失去保护作用。[结论]Zn镀层和Ni–P合金镀层在模拟海洋工业环境中均可对35CrMo钢起到有效的保护作用,并且Ni–P合金镀层的防护性能更为优异和持久。[Introduction]The corrosion resistance of hot-dip and electrolessly Ni-P alloy plated 35CrMo steel in marine industrial environment needs to be studied.[Method]The corrosion behavior of 35CrMo steel surface treated by different methods was compared through immersion corrosion test,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),Tafel polarization curve measurement,and X-ray diffraction(XRD).Their corrosion mechanisms were also explored.[Result]After prolonged immersion in artificial seawater with 0.01 mol/L NaHSO_(3),the Ni-P alloy coating exhibited a few shallow corrosion pits,while the Zn coating underwent uniform corrosion.The corrosion products on Ni-P alloy coating provided a certain protective effect on 35CrMo steel.In contrast,the protective effect of the corrosion products on Zn coating was limited,and it lost its protective ability once the coating was completely consumed.[Conclusion]Both Zn coating and Ni-P alloy coating can effectively protect 35CrMo steel in a simulated marine industrial environment,and Ni-P alloy coating has superior and longer-lasting protective performance.
