摘  要:[目的]以中性盐雾试验模拟复杂严酷环境,通过开展室内加速腐蚀试验,对比分析了两种桥梁钢结构高强螺栓材料的耐腐蚀性能,为桥梁钢结构防腐技术提供一定的理论依据和数据支撑。[方法]选用碳钢35VB和耐候钢XG835NH作为研究对象,进行5个周期总共720 h的中性盐雾试验,根据试样的宏观、微观腐蚀形貌,电化学测量结果,以及腐蚀速率计算结果来研究它们的腐蚀行为。[结果]耐候钢XG835NH在腐蚀初期生成较多稳定的腐蚀产物,使得基材能在较短时间内得到更好的保护。两种钢材试样表面的腐蚀产物都经历了逐渐致密、开裂、再致密、再次破裂的过程,它们的腐蚀速率均随中性盐雾试验时间的延长而整体下降。[结论]耐候钢XG835NH在腐蚀初期的腐蚀速率略高于碳钢35VB,腐蚀后期则相反。[Objective]By simulating complex and harsh environments through neutral salt spray test,one of indoor accelerated corrosion tests,the corrosion resistance of two high-strength bolt materials i.e.carbon steel 35VB and weathering steel XG835NH for bridge steel structures was comparatively analyzed,providing a theoretical basis and data support for anticorrosion technology of bridge steel structures.[Method]Five-cycle neutral salt spray tests totaling 720 hours were carried out.The corrosion behavior of the steel specimens was studied by macroscopic/microscopic corrosion morphology observation,electrochemical measurements,and corrosion rate calculation.[Result]The weathering steel XG835NH generated more stable corrosion products during the early stage of corrosion,which provides better protection for the substrate in a short period of time.The corrosion products on both steel specimens underwent sequential processes of gradual densification,cracking,re-densification,and re-fracture,with their corrosion rates showing overall decreasing trends as the extending of test duration.[Conclusion]The weathering steel XG835NH exhibited slightly higher corrosion rate than the carbon steel 35VB during the initial corrosion stage,while demonstrating the inverse performance in later corrosion phase.
