摘　　要：为实现水轮发电机维护的远程数据采集,文章设计了一种基于北斗的水轮发电机维护远程数据采集系统,该系统由感知层、网络层和应用层三部分所组成,感知层通过MCU单元控制实现数据的采集与处理,网络层则是使用RDSS短报文通信与5G无线网络相结合的方式,实现采集数据的双通道传输,应用层即为水轮发电机的作业数据管理平台。同时,由于RDSS短报文通信的传输特点,因此文章采用了Bool类型状态量与Int类型数据无损压缩相结合的方法进行数据的压缩,再进行分包处理,以实现所有时空数据的传输。in order to realize the remote data acquisition of generator maintenance,this article designed a based on beidou generator maintenance remote data acquisition system,the system is composed of perception layer,network layer and application layer,perception layer through MCU unit control to realize data collection and processing,network layer is using RDSS short message communication combined with 5G wireless network,realize data collection dual-channel transmission,application layer is water generator data management platform.At the same time,due to the transmission characteristics of RDSS short message communication,the paper adopts the method of combining Ball type state quantity with lossless compression of Int type data to compress data,and then subcontract processing,so as to realize the transmission of all spatio-temporal data.
