摘 要:采用拉伸试验机、杯突试验机、板材成形试验机与光学显微镜等试验方法,研究了不同冷轧变形量3003铝合金在不同退火工艺下的力学性能、成形性能(杯突值与制耳率)与显微组织。结果表明,再结晶退火起始温度为280~300℃,结束温度为360~380℃。综合考虑力学性能、成形性能(杯突值与制耳率)、显微组织与生产成本等因素,确定了不同冷轧变形量3003铝合金的最佳再结晶退火工艺为冷轧变形量55%、退火温度360℃、保温3 h,为冷轧与退火工艺的现场生产提供了支持,但是需要结合现场生产设备的设计与配置情况进行综合评估后实施。The mechanical properties,formability(cupping value and lug ratio)and microstructure of 3003 aluminum alloy with different cold rolling deformation under different annealing processes were studied by means of tensile testing machine,cupping testing machine,sheet forming testing machine and optical microscope.The results show that the start temperature of recrystallization annealing was 280 to 300℃,and the end temperature was 360 to 380℃.The optimum recrystallization annealing process for 3003 aluminum alloy with different cold rolling deformation was determined by considering the mechanical properties,formability(cup bead value and lug rate),microstructure and production cost.The optimum recrystallization annealing process was 55%cold rolled deformation,annealing temperature 360℃and holding temperature for 3 h,which provided support for the onsite production of cold rolling and annealing process.However,it needed to be implemented after comprehensive evaluation based on the design and configuration of on-site production equipment.
