摘  要:通过金相组织观察、硬度测试、拉伸试验和电导率测试,探究了不同第二级时效工艺对7C04铝合金组织及性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着第二级时效温度和时间的增加,合金的强度和硬度呈下降趋势,而延伸率和电导率呈上升趋势;合金的第二相形貌没有明显变化,但相间距逐渐增大。经115℃×8 h+165℃×16 h双级时效处理后,7C04铝合金的抗拉强度为546.33 MPa,屈服强度为494 MPa,硬度为167.02,电导率为34.18%IACS,优化后的双级时效处理工艺能够显著提升7C04铝合金的综合性能。The effects of different secondary-stage aging processes on microstructure and properties of 7C04 aluminum alloy were studied through metallographic observation,hardness test,tensile test and electrical conductivity test.The results showed that with the increase of secondary-stage aging temperature and time,the strength and hardness of the alloy decreased,while the elongation and conductivity increased.The secondary morphology of the alloy did not change significantly,but the spacing gradually increased.After double aging treatment of 115℃×8 h+165℃×16 h,the tensile strength of the 7C04 aluminum alloy reached 546.33 MPa,with the yield strength of 494 MPa,the hardness of 167.02,and the conductivity of 34.18%IACS.The optimized double aging treatment process can significantly enhance the comprehensive performance of 7C04 aluminum alloy.
