摘 要:通过对0Cr17Ni5Mo3钢带的热处理工艺开展正交试验来测试不同工艺方案下材料的抗拉强度、屈服强度和延伸率,并观察钢带的显微组织,探究影响其力学性能的关键因素。结果表明,随着回火温度的升高,钢带的抗拉强度和屈服强度显著提高,延伸率略有下降,其综合力学性能有所提升;钢带的双相基体组织和强化相均匀,金相组织稳定。Through the orthogonal test on the heat treatment process of 0Cr17Ni5Mo3 strip,the tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of the materials under different schemes were measured,the microstructure of steel strip was observed,and the key factors affecting the mechanical properties were found.The results show that with the increase of tempering temperature,the tensile strength and yield strength at room temperature increase obviously,the elongation decreases slightly,and the comprehensive mechanical properties of the strip are improved.The biphase base structure and strengthening phase are uniform and the microstructure is stable.
