摘 要:采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜及X射线应力分析仪等设备,分析了感应淬火加热功率对42CrMoA钢组织、硬度、残余应力和耐磨性的影响。结果表明,经感应淬火后42CrMoA钢的截面由马氏体组织的淬硬层、回火索氏体组织的基体及二者混合物的过渡区组成。当感应淬火加热功率为2200、2400、2600 W时,随着感应淬火加热功率的提高,淬硬层的深度增加,但晶粒尺寸和马氏体组织发生了粗化,晶粒度分别为9.0、9.0、8.5级;硬度降低,淬火功率为2400 W时峰值硬度最高为732 HV;耐磨性先提高后降低,表面磨损率分别为12.32、9.56、11.78μm^(3)·N^(-1)·mm^(-1)。当淬火功率为2200 W时,磨损机制为黏着磨损和磨粒磨损共同作用;当淬火功率为2400、2600 W时,磨损机制以磨粒磨损为主,其中淬火功率为2400 W时表面峰值硬度最高,抗塑性变形能力最强,表面剥落坑及划痕坑数量最少,耐磨性最佳。The effects of induction quenching heating power on microstructure,hardness,residual stress and wear resistance of 42CrMoA steel were analyzed by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and X-ray stress analyzer,etc.The results show that the cross-section of 42CrMoA steel after induction hardening is composed of the hardened layer of martensitic structure,the matrix of tempered sortensitic structure and the transition zone of their mixture.When the induction quenching heating power is 2200,2400,2600 W,with the increase of induction quenching heating power,the depth of the hardened layer increases,but the grain size and martensitic structure are coarsened,and the grain size is 9.0,9.0,8.5,respectively.And the hardness is reduced,when the quenching power is 2400 W,the peak hardness is up to 732 HV.The wear resistance increases first and then decreases,and the surface wear rates are 12.32,9.56,11.78μm^(3)·N^(-1)·mm^(-1),respectively.When the quenching power is 2200 W,the wear mechanism is adhesive wear and abrasive wear.When the quenching power is 2400 and 2600 W,the wear mechanism is mainly abrasive wear.When the quenching power is 2400 W,the peak surface hardness is the highest,the resistance to plastic deformation is the strongest,the number of surface spalling pits and scratch pits is the least,and the wear resistance is the best.
