摘  要:某型号飞机30CrMnSiA材质的金属接头经过镀镉钝化后,用于复合材料零件之间的连接装配,2个月后金属接头表面出现了弥散分布的黑色斑点。对其进行故障分析、复现试验、SEM观察、EDS检测和XPS元素检测,结果表明黑色斑点区域的主要化学成分为Cr(SO4)3、Cd、CdO、CdCO3和CdS。这是由于在湿热的环境下零件表面接触到含硫密封胶,对其钝化层和镀镉层造成了腐蚀。同时,试验验证了对零件表面进行喷漆处理可以有效隔绝含硫密封胶对零件表面的腐蚀行为。A metal joint made of 30CrMnSiA material of a certain type of aircraft was passivated by cadmium plating and used for the connection assembly between composite parts.After 2 months,the surface of the metal joint showed dispersed black spots.The results of fault tree analysis,recurrence test,SEMobservation,EDS detection and XPS element detection show that the main chemical components of the black spots are Cr(SO4)3,Cd,CdO,CdCO3 and CdS.This is because the surface of the part is exposed to sulfur-containing sealant in a hot and humid environment,which causes corrosion to its passivation layer and cadmium plating layer.At the same time,the experiment verifies that spray painting on the surface of the parts can effectively isolate the corrosion behavior of the sulfur-containing sealant on the surface of the parts.
