摘　　要：全球金融治理正面临着有史以来最综合、最复杂的新挑战。诸如体系空心化、国家金融化、金融武器化、货币数字化、债务天量化等新特征使得全球金融体系时常遭遇动荡、失衡、冲突等新困境。中国加快建设金融强国,势必要应对这些全球金融治理的新难题。因此,应重新认识中国金融发展的独特优势,在全球经济金融格局不断向复杂化、危机化、动荡化演进的背景下,通过优化国内金融治理体系、推进金融改革和高水平开放、积极参与全球金融治理等举措,增强国家经济韧性与国际金融竞争力,推动金融体制机制的全面深化改革,中国特色“金融强国”之路必能实现。Global financial governance is currently facing the most comprehensive and complex challenges in its history.New characteristics,such as the hollowing out of systems,financialization of nations,weaponization of finance,digitalization of currencies,and massive increases in debt,have frequently led to volatility,imbalances,and conflicts within the global financial system.China’s accelerated efforts to build a strong financial powerhouse will inevitably require addressing these new challenges in global financial governance.Recognizing the country’s unique advantages in financial development is essential.Against a backdrop of increasing complexity,crisis,and instability in the global economic and financial landscape,China is enhancing its national economic resilience and international financial competitiveness by optimizing its domestic financial governance system,advancing financial reforms,promoting a high level of openness,and actively participating in global financial governance.These measures will drive a comprehensive and profound reform of financial systems and mechanisms and ensure the successful realization of China’s distinctive path to becoming a financial powerhouse.
