摘 要:将总体积分数2.5%的聚乙烯醇(PVA)-玄武岩混杂纤维掺入再生骨料透水混凝土中进行抗压、渗透、抗折试验,分析不同PVA、玄武岩纤维掺量对其力学性质的影响。试验结果表明:PVA-玄武岩混杂纤维抗压抗折强度增强系数均大于1,为正混杂效应;但PVA纤维体积率增大,抗压强度减小,抗折强度先增后减。力学性能方面,单一掺入体积率2.5%的玄武岩纤维时抗压强度达到最大值,相较于素混凝土抗压强度提高20.17%;当PVA纤维体积率1.5%、玄武岩纤维体积率1%抗折强度提升率为34.02%。透水性能方面,当试件中掺入2.5%的玄武岩纤维时渗透系数相较于素混凝土从1.5 mm/s降至1.3 mm/s,降幅为13.3%,当混凝土中仅为单一PVA纤维时渗透系数达到最小值1.09 mm/s,降幅达27.3%。PVA-basalt hybrid fibers with a total volume fraction of 2.5%were mixed into recycled aggregate permeable concrete for compressive,permeability,and flexural tests,and the influence of different PVA and basalt fiber contents on its mechanical properties was analyzed.The experimental results show that the compressive and flexural strength enhancement coefficients of PVA-basalt hybrid fibers are all greater than 1,indicating a positive hybrid effect.However,as the volume fraction of PVA fibers increases,the compressive strength decreases,and the flexural strength first increases and then decreases.In terms of mechanical properties,the maximum compressive strength is achieved when a single 2.5%volume fraction of basalt fiber is added,which is 20.17%higher than that of plain concrete.When the volume fraction of PVA fibers is 1.5%and the volume fraction of basalt fibers is 1%,the increase in flexural strength is 34.02%.In terms of permeability,when 2.5%basalt fiber is added to the specimen,the permeability coefficient decreases from 1.5 mm/s to 1.3 mm/s compared to plain concrete,with a decrease of 13.3%.When only a single PVA fiber is used in the concrete,the permeability coefficient reaches its minimum value of 1.09 mm/s,with a decrease of 27.3%.
