亚临界雷诺数下斜拉索的表面凹凸对其气动力的影响

摘  要:在降雨条件和斜拉索生产、运输、安装和使用过程中,可能会在斜拉索表面产生水线、压痕和划痕等。这种斜拉索表面的局部凹凸会影响结构的气动力和振动特性。开展风洞试验研究局部凸起、三角形凹陷的斜拉索气动力特性,同时测试结构发生大幅振动的可能性。结果表明:光滑拉索的平均气动力系数在亚临界区域内保持稳定并有下降趋势;在亚临界雷诺数范围内,表面凸起斜拉索的平均气动力系数在试验风攻角范围内会发生三次剧烈变化,一定程度上依赖于雷诺数;表面凹陷斜拉索的平均阻力系数在风攻角60°~90°范围内小于光滑拉索,伴随平均升力系数的剧烈变化,表面凸起斜拉索的平均阻力系数在某些风攻角下要大于光滑拉索,而表面凹陷斜拉索的平均阻力系数相近于或小于光滑拉索;同时,在较高的亚临界雷诺数下,表面凹凸斜拉索在特定风攻角下驰振系数为负值,这有可能造成大幅振动。Rivulets,indentations and scratches may occur during rainfall conditions and during the production,transportation,installation and use of stay cables.The local concave and convex of the cable surface will affect the aerodynamic and vibration characteristics of the structure.In this paper,wind tunnel tests were carried out to study the aerodynamic characteristics of the stay cables with local protrusions,triangular depressions,and to test the possibility of large vibration of the structure.The results show that the average aerodynamic coefficient of the smooth cable is stable and tends to decrease in the subcritical region.In the subcritical Reynolds number range,the average aerodynamic coefficient of the convex cable changes sharply three times in the range of the test wind attack angle,which depends on the Reynolds number to some extent.The average drag coefficient of surface concave stay cables is smaller than that of smooth cables at the range of 60°-90°of the wind attack angle.With a drastic change in the average lift coefficient,the average drag coefficient of surface convex stay cables is greater than that of smooth cables at certain wind attack angles,while the average drag coefficient of surface concave stay cables is similar to or smaller than that of smooth cables.Meanwhile,at higher subcritical Reynolds numbers,the flutter coefficient of the surface concave and convex stay cable is negative at specific wind attack angles,which may cause significant vibrations.
