摘 要:超高性能混凝土(Ultra High Performance Concrete,简称UHPC)具有超高强度、高韧性、高耐久性等优越性能,在装配式建筑中具有广阔的应用前景。采用UHPC作为后浇材料的装配式工程中,UHPC与普通混凝土(Normal Concrete,简称NC)界面、UHPC与钢筋表面的黏结性能是节点荷载有效传递的关键。本文进行平行浇筑工况下UHPC-NC界面黏结性能研究,采用梁式试件进行四点弯曲试验,通过改变UHPC与NC浇筑时间间隔(40 min、0 min、2 h、24 h),研究4种不同时间间隔对UHPC-NC界面的黏结性能影响。结果表明:试件破坏形态主要分为混凝土基体破坏和界面与部分混凝土组合破坏两种;试件承载力及界面黏结强度随UHPC与NC浇筑时间间隔增大而减小。Ultra High Performance Concrete(UHPC)has excellent properties including ultra-high strength,high toughness and high durability and so forth,and it has wide application prospects in prefabricated buildings.The interfacial bonding behavior between UHPC and Normal Concrete(NC),UHPC and steel rebar are the key factors for the effective transfer of joint load in the prefabricated engineering using UHPC as the post-pouring material.In this paper,the bonding behavior of UHPC-NC interface under parallel pouring conditions was studied.A four-point bending test was carried out based on a beam specimen,and the influence of four different time intervals(40 min,0 min,2 h,24 h)on the bonding behavior of UHPC-NC interface was studied.The results showed that the failure modes of the specimens were mainly divided into two types:concrete matrix failure and combined interface failure and partial concrete failure.The bearing capacity and interface bonding strength between UHPC and NC increased as the pouring interval increased.
