摘 要:磷酸镁水泥(MPC)作为一种早强、快硬新型胶凝材料而受到广泛关注,但其抗冻性较差,致使在严寒条件下使用受到限制。以粒化高炉矿渣(GGBS)作为改性剂取代一定数量的重烧氧化镁(MgO)制备水泥,得到MPC-GGBS复合水泥。通过水泥砂浆冻融循环试验,测试MPC-GGBS水泥砂浆冻融循环后的质量损失率、强度和强度保留率;并通过SEM-EDS测试,分析GGBS对MPC抗冻性能影响。结果表明:当GGBS掺量在36%时,MPC-GGBS复合水泥砂浆冻融循环后具有最小的质量损失率和最高的强度保留率,且MPC-GGBS水泥砂浆与波特兰水泥砂浆基体之间的粘结强度最大;SEM-EDS分析表明,GGBS的掺入可填充砂浆孔隙,提高了砂浆的致密性和整体性,且生成大量的AFt和AH3胶凝材料,从而使MPC抗冻性能显著提升。Magnesium phosphate cement(MPC)has received widespread attention as a new type of early strength and fast hardening gelling material.However,the frost resistance of MPC is poor,which greatly limits the use of MPC in cold conditions.Cement was prepared by granulated blast furnace slag(GGBS)as modifier instead of a certain amount of dead burned magnesia(MgO),and MPC-GGBS composite cement was obtained.The quality loss rate,strength and strength retention rate of MPC-GGBS cement mortar were tested by freeze-thaw cycle test of cement mortar.The effect of GGBS on the frost resistance of MPC was analyzed by SEM-EDS test.The test results show that when the content of GGBS is about 36%,the MPC-GGBS composite cement mortar has the smallest mass loss rate and the highest strength retention rate after freeze-thaw cycle,and the bond strength between the MPC-GGBS composite cement mortar and ordinary Portland cement matrix is the highest.SEM-EDS analysis shows that the addition of GGBS can fill the pores of mortar,improve the densification and integrity of mortar,and generate a large number of AFt and AH3 gelling materials,thus significantly improving the frost resistance of MPC.
