摘  要:依托一实际工程开展超高、超陡悬崖支护脚手架的设计方法研究。首先,结合现场地形条件与架体稳定性要求,提出超高陡崖壁支护脚手架分级悬挑设置、上下独立受力布置方案;然后利用ANSYS有限元软件建立考虑节点半刚性的单级脚手架数值模型,并通过参数化分析厘清连墙件数量、布置形式、斜杆间距以及悬挑平台刚度等对脚手架整体稳定性的影响规律,进而明确脚手架的最优布置方案;最后,结合边坡陡崖迹线实际分布情况,建立符合现场陡崖地形的异形脚手架数值模型,并在通过现场试验数据验证前述模型具有一定可靠性的基础上,对比分析异形脚手架与规则脚手架的整体稳定性,得到超高陡边坡支护盘扣式悬挑脚手架整体稳定性的同时,提出异形悬挑脚手架应重视连墙件布置的设计建议。This paper relies on a practical project to carry out research on the design method of ultra-high,ultra-steep cliff support scaffold.Firstly,combined with the site terrain conditions and the stability of scaffold,the layout scheme of the support scaffold of ultra-high steep cliff with graded suspension and independent vertical force was proposed.Then,the numerical model of single-stage scaffold considering the semi-rigidity of joints was established by using ANSYS finite element software,and the influence law of numbers and layout of the wall-linking elements,the distance between inclined rods and the stiffness of suspended platform on the overall stability of scaffold were clarified by parametric analysis,and then the optimal layout scheme of scaffold was defined.Finally,combined with the actual distribution of steep cliff pathline,a numerical model of irregular scaffold conforming to the site topography of steep cliffs was established.On the basis of verifying the reliability of the aforementioned model through on-site test data,the overall stability of irregular scaffold and regular scaffold was compared and analyzed.The overall stability of disk-buckle suspended scaffold for ultra-high steep slope support was obtained and the design suggestions were proposed that the irregular suspended scaffold should pay attention to the layout of the wall-linking elements.
