摘 要:拉拔试验是评估边坡锚杆承载能力的重要手段。反力架作为拉拔试验加载设备,经常出现破坏导致拉拔试验中止。提出一种由钢垫板、方钢和钢结构支撑板组成的反力架构造,组装灵活、方便安装,并基于现场预加载试验和数值模拟分析实际承载能力和设计承载力出现偏差的原因,提出实际加载的载荷不均匀是实际承载能力出现偏差的主要原因,建议在设计反力架时应考虑2.5倍的安全系数。最后根据试验结果对反力架结构进行设计优化,优化后的反力架性能良好,可满足试验加载要求。Pull-out test is an important means of assessing the performance of slope anchors.The counterforce frame is the load-bearing device for the pull-out test,and often the damage to the counterforce frame leads to the suspension of the pull-out test.In this paper,a counterforce frame structure composed of steel mat,square steel and steel support plate is proposed,which is flexible in assembly and easy to install,and the reasons for the deviation between the actual load bearing capacity and the designed load bearing capacity are analysed based on the field pre-loading test and numerical simulation.It is considered that the unevenness of the actual load is the main reason for the deviation of the actual load bearing capacity,and it is proposed that 2.5 times of the safety coefficient should be taken into account when designing the counterforce frame.Finally,the structure of the counterforce frame was optimised according to the test results,and the optimized counterforce frame has good performance and can meet the test load requirements.
