摘 要:依托闽江特大桥工程,研究预应力混凝土结构中长距离预应力筋的预应力损失情况。针对规范计算的损失值与实测值偏差较大的现状,基于实际监测数据,提出摩阻损失、预应力筋松弛损失和混凝土收缩徐变损失修正系数,并建立修正计算方法。通过将预应力筋松弛和混凝土收缩效应转化为温度赋值函数,结合混凝土有效模量方法,建立预应力长期损失有限元分析模型,模拟预应力长期损失。与相关文献对比,修正方法相对误差小于13%,验证了模型的有效性。This article relies on the Minjiang Grand Bridge Project to study the prestress loss of long-distance prestressed steel bars in prestressed concrete structures.In view of the large deviation between the standard calculated loss value and the measured value,based on the actual monitoring data,the loss correction coefficients of friction loss,relaxation loss of prestressed tendons and shrinkage creep of concrete are proposed,and the correction calculation method is established.By converting the relaxation of prestressed tendons and the shrinkage effect of concrete into a temperature assignment function,combined with the effective modulus method of concrete,a finite element analysis model of long-term loss of prestress is established,and the long-term loss of prestress is simulated.Compared with the relevant literature,the relative error of the modified method is less than 13%,which verifies the effectiveness of the model.
