空间大倾角索塔宽幅钢混组合梁斜拉桥施工控制研究

摘  要:为保证西村港跨海大桥空间大倾角索塔宽幅钢混组合梁斜拉桥成桥状态满足设计要求,针对其塔梁同步施工特点和需求,制定施工控制方案和技术措施。通过施工控制计算确定结构施工过程中各阶段受力和变形的理想状态,以此为依据来控制施工过程各阶段的结构行为。设置有效的应变及变形测点,对索塔空间变位、主梁线形和控制截面应力进行有效控制。以理想成桥状态斜拉索索力为控制目标,采用三次张拉斜拉索、部分调整的方式对斜拉索索力进行合理控制。结果表明:空间大倾角索塔设置纵横向主动撑杆,通过施加横撑力对索塔空间姿态实现索塔应力及空间几何形态动态有效控制;成桥索力呈现短索索力小、长索索力大特点,索力值与目标值吻合度较好;主梁成桥线形平顺,各点标高与设计线形偏差较小,低于规范允许值;成桥阶段钢箱梁整体受压,索塔附近箱梁顶底板均匀受压,跨中段箱梁应力较小,辅助墩处存在明显负弯矩作用。To ensure that the completed bridge state of the Xicun Port sea-crossing cable-stayed bridge with spatially large-angle inclined pylons and wide steel-concrete composite beams meets design requirements,a construction control plan and technical measures were formulated based on the characteristics and needs of the simultaneous construction of the pylons and beams.Through construction control calculations,the ideal stress and deformation state of the structure at each stage of construction were determined,which was used as the basis to control the structural behavior at each stage of construction.Effective strain and deformation measurement points were set up to control the spatial displacement of the pylons,the profile of the main beam,and the cross-sectional stress.The ideal completed bridge cable force was used as the control target,and the cable force was reasonably controlled by three-stage tensioning and partial adjustment.The results show that:the longitudinal and transverse active struts set in the large-angle inclined pylons can dynamically control the stress and spatial geometry of the pylons by applying verse forces;the completed bridge cable forces show that the shorter cables have lower forces and the longer cables have higher forces,with good agreement between the measured values and the targeted values;the final profile of the main beam is smooth,with small deviations from the design profile,all within the allowable range of the specifications;in the final,the steel box girder is under overall compression,with uniform compression at the top and bottom plates near the pylons,lower stress in the middle span,and negative bending moments at the auxiliary piers.
