摘 要:机械化、智能化是钻爆法隧道施工发展趋势,施工方法、参数与机械配套作业不协调,会制约机械施工效率的提升。依托渝昆高铁大房子隧道工程对采用开挖台车作业的大断面高铁隧道台阶法施工参数进行优化研究。结果表明:提升钻爆法隧道施工机械化水平和效率,除配置性能良好的装备,还应辅以相适应的施工方法和参数;大房子隧道Ⅳ级围岩采用台阶法施工,上台阶高度由6 m增至8 m,长度由1倍洞径延长至40 m,最大程度给足开挖台车、装载机及运渣车作业空间,节省了机械装备频繁进场和退场耗时,施工效率得到大幅提升。Ⅳ级围岩平均月进度达到108.6 m,最快达142 m,Ⅳ级围岩业主计划进度为90 m/月,施工进度最快提高57.8%。Mechanization and intelligence are the development trends of drilling and blasting tunnel construction.The lack of coordination between construction methods or parameters and mechanical supporting operations restricts the improvement of mechanical construction efficiency.This article focuses on the optimization research of the construction parameters of the large section high-speed railway tunnel using the benching tunnelling method with excavation trolley operation,based on the Dafangzi Tunnel Project of Chongqing-Kunming High-speed Railway.Research has shown that to improve the mechanization level and efficiency of drilling and blasting tunnel construction,in addition to equipping with high-performance equipment,appropriate construction methods and parameters should also be supplemented.The GradeⅣsurrounding rock of the Dafangzi Tunnel is constructed using the benching tunnelling method.The height of the upper step is increased from 6 m to 8 m,and the length of the upper step is extended from 1 times the tunnel diameter to 40 m.This maximizes the working space for excavation trolleys,loaders,and slag trucks,saving time for frequent entry and exit of mechanical equipment,and greatly improving construction efficiency.The average monthly progress of GradeⅣsurrounding rock reached 108.6 m,with the fastest construction progress reaching 142 m.The owner′s planned progress for GradeⅣis 90 m per month,with the fastest construction progress increasing by 57.8%.
