摘 要:隧道光面爆破,良好的封堵有助于充分利用爆炸能量,促进孔间充分贯通,改善隧道轮廓开挖效果。考虑封堵介质压缩和运动特征,提出一种封堵长度计算方法,确保封堵物离开炮孔前爆炸能量可充分促进孔间岩石贯通。通过数值模拟和现场试验进行封堵长度计算方法验证,结果表明:理论计算最佳封堵长度为0.6 m,封堵段岩石发生破碎,确保了封堵段岩石孔间贯通;现场试验形成良好的爆破轮廓,量测平均开挖进尺达到2.3 m,炮眼利用率达到96%。In smooth blasting of tunnels,good sealing helps to fully utilize the explosive energy,promote full penetration between holes,and improve the excavation effect of tunnel contours.This article considers the compression and motion characteristics of the sealing medium and proposes a method for calculating the sealing length to ensure that the explosive capacity of the sealing material before leaving the borehole can fully promote rock penetration between boreholes.The calculation method of sealing length was verified through numerical simulation and field experiments,and the results showed that the theoretical optimal sealing length was 0.6 m.The rock fragmentation in the sealing section ensured the connectivity between the holes of the rock.The on-site test formed a good blasting profile,with an average excavation depth of 2.3 m and a blast hole utilization rate of 96%.
