摘 要:长距离通风是深埋长隧洞施工关键技术之一,尤其对于独头掘进距离超过15 km的小断面隧洞TBM施工,通风问题直接影响施工的连续性和安全性,甚至成为制约工程安全、进度及经济效益的重要因素。针对晋中引黄输水隧洞因地质条件限制取消通风支洞后,隧洞独头通风距离长达26.3 km的技术难题,创新采用巷道式通风和接力通风相结合的复合通风方式,引入无损接力风机连接片,并增设射流风机和屏蔽风门等技术措施,有效解决了隧洞长距离独头通风问题。研究结果可为超长距离独头通风设计及应用提供参考与借鉴。The long-distance ventilation is one of the key technologies in the construction of deep-lying long tunnel,especially for the TBM construction of small-section tunnel with single-head tunneling distance over 15 km,the ventilation problem directly affects the continuity and safety of the construction,and even become an important factor restricting the safety,schedule and economic benefit of the project.In response to the technical challenge of the Yellow River Diversion Tunnel in Jinzhong,where the ventilation branch tunnel was cancelled due to geological conditions,resulting in a tunnel single-head ventilation distance up to 26.3 km,an innovative composite ventilation method combining tunnel ventilation and relay ventilation was adopted.Non destructive relay fan connection pieces were introduced,and technical measures such as jet fans and shield air doors were added to effectively solve the problem of long-distance single-head ventilation in the tunnel.The research results can provide reference for the design and application of super-long distance single-head ventilation.
