摘  要:敞开式TBM施工长大隧洞时,在应对小规模不良地质段尚可采取降效施工方式通过,但在遭遇极软岩、大规模断层破碎带等地层时,可能出现撑靴部位塌方、围岩大变形等不利工况,引发TBM反推力不足、刀盘卡死等风险,影响施工安全和工程进度。因此,针对中铁十九局集团有限公司承建的某引水隧洞工程因遭遇不良地质对敞开式TBM在洞内进行一系列改造,使敞开式TBM兼具单护盾功能。本文重点论述TBM的敞开式与单护盾式两种工作形态自由转换施工工艺,实现快速转换效果。双形态TBM的成功使用,验证了其施工的可靠性,也便于后续类似工程引用和借鉴。When using open-type TBM to construct long and large tunnels,it is possible to adopt a construction method with reduced efficiency to pass through small-scale poor geological sections.However,when encountering extremely soft rock,large-scale fault fracture zones,and other formations,there may be adverse conditions such as collapse at the support boots and large deformation of the surrounding rock,which may lead to insufficient thrust of the TBM,stuck cutterhead,and other risks,affecting construction safety and project progress.Therefore,in response to the adverse geological conditions encountered in a certain water diversion tunnel project undertaken by China Railway 19th Bureau Group Co.,Ltd.,a series of modifications were carried out on the open-type TBM inside the tunnel,making the open-type TBM have the function of a single shield.The article focuses on the construction process of freely switching between the open-type and single-shield working modes of TBM to achieve rapid switching effects.The successful use of dual-mode TBM has verified their construction reliability and is also convenient for reference and learning in subsequent similar constructions.
