大断面软岩隧道近接既有老旧隧道施工技术研究

摘  要:以康(安康)渝(重庆)高铁青峰隧道近接既有襄渝铁路旗杆沟隧道为工程背景,开展薄层状凝灰岩及硅质板岩等软岩大断面隧道近接既有老旧隧道施工技术研究。基于围岩力学特征及既有隧道衬砌结构的健康状况,提出对既有隧道采取波纹板套衬、锚网喷加固和对新建隧道采取超长大管棚预支护、三台阶法开挖、加强初期支护及监控监测技术措施。建立三维数值模型对隧道近接施工的力学效应进行模拟计算。结果表明,所采用技术方案合理,确保了新建软岩隧道近接既有老旧隧道施工安全,可供类似工况隧道施工参考。Taking the Qingfeng Tunnel of the Ankang-Chongqing High-speed Railway adjacent to the existing Qigangou Tunnel of the Xiangyang-Chongqing Railway as the engineering background,research was conducted on the construction technology of large section soft rock tunnels such as thin-bed tuff and silica slate adjacent to existing old tunnels.Based on the mechanical characteristics of surrounding rock and the health status of the existing tunnel lining structure,it was proposed to adopt the measures of corrugated plate lining,anchor mesh spraying reinforcement for the existing tunnel,and the pre-support of ultra long pipe shed,three-bench excavation method,strengthened initial support and monitoring technology for the new tunnel.A three-dimensional numerical model was established to simulate the mechanical effect of the tunnel approaching construction.The results indicate that the adopted technology scheme is reasonable,which ensures the construction safety of the new soft rock tunnel adjacent to the existing old tunnel,and can provide references for the tunnel construction under similar working conditions.
