摘 要:以石家庄市城市轨道交通3号线一期工程位同站至南王站及塔北路综合管廊GJ-07至GJ-08工艺井盾构区间工程为实例,在联邦空中花园地下四层建筑物不具备施工过程监测反馈的条件下,对软土地层盾构无监测条件多次不同向下穿建筑物群沉降控制技术进行研究。通过前期对工程实际调查、方案拟定评审,试验段试模拟控制、调整参数,增加预控措施等方式,严格控制了地层沉降,研究形成一套行之有效的控制沉降措施体系,可为后续类似工程提供一定借鉴指导。This paper takes the Weitong Station to the Nanwang Station in the Phase I project of Shijiazhuang Urban Rail Transit Line 3 and the Tabei Road comprehensive pipe gallery GJ-07 to GJ-08 process well shield section project as an example.Under the condition that the underground four-storey building of the Hanging Gardens does not have the monitoring feedback of the construction process,research was conducted on the control technology for settlement of building groups penetrated multiple times by shield tunneling without monitoring in soft soil strata.Through the early investigation of the actual project,the plan formulation and review,the simulation control of the test section,parameter adjustment,and the addition of pre-control measures,the stratum settlement has been strictly controlled,and a set of effective measures to control settlement has been formed,which can provide certain reference and guidance for similar projects.
