化痰止咳方联合常规西药治疗急性支气管炎痰热壅肺证患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察化痰止咳方联合常规西药治疗急性支气管炎痰热壅肺证患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年3月至2023年10月该院收治的80例急性支气管炎痰热壅肺证患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同将其分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用化痰止咳方治疗,比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和C反应蛋白(CRP)]水平、肺功能指标[呼气峰值流速(PEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)和用力肺活量(FVC)]水平和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组咳嗽咳痰、憋喘气促、烦躁不安等中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组PEF、FEV1、FEV水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:化痰止咳方联合常规西药治疗急性支气管炎痰热壅肺证患者可提高肺功能指标水平,降低中医证候积分和炎性因子水平,效果优于单纯常规西药治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Huatan Zhike formula combined with conventional Western medicine in treatment of acute bronchitis patients with phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome.Methods:The clinical data of acute bronchitis 80 patients with phlegmheat obstructing lung syndrome admitted to this hospital from March 2021 to October 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Huatan Zhike formula on the basis of that of the control group.The scores of TCM syndromes,the levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and C-reactive protein(CRP)]and lung function indexes[peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and forced vital capacity(FVC)]before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes such as cough,expectoration,shortness of breath and irritability in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-αand CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of PEF,FEV1 and FEV in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Huatan Zhike formula combined with conventional Western medicine can improve the levels of lung function indexes,reduce the scores of TCM syndrome and the levels of inflammatory factors in the acute bronchitis patients with phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome.Moreover,it is superior
