摘　　要：目的:分析N-末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、降钙素原(PCT)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平联合检测诊断急性脑梗死(ACI)的效能。方法:回顾性分析2022年3月至2024年2月淄博市中医医院收治的94例ACI患者的临床资料设为研究组,另外选取同期该院100名健康体检者作为对照组。比较两组NT-proBNP、ESR、PCT、hs-CRP水平,绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析NT-proBNP、ESR、PCT、hs-CRP水平单项及联合检测诊断ACI的效能。结果:研究组NT-proBNP、ESR、PCT、hs-CRP水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ROC曲线分析结果显示,NT-proBNP、ESR、PCT、hs-CRP水平单项及联合检测诊断ACI的曲线下面积分别为0.848、0.835、0.796、0.721、0.975,且联合检测诊断效能高于四者单项检测诊断。结论:血清NT-proBNP、ESR、PCT、hs-CRP水平联合检测诊断ACI的效能高于四者单项检测诊断。Objective:To analyze efficiency of combined detection of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),procalcitonin(PCT)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:The clinical data of 94 patients with ACI admitted to Zibo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to February 2024 were retrospectively analyzed and they were set as the study group,and 100 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The levels of NTproBNP,ESR,PCT and hs-CRP were compared between the two groups.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to analyze the efficiencies of single and combined detection of NT-proBNP,ESR,PCT and hs-CRP levels in the diagnosis of ACI.Results:The levels of NTproBNP,ESR,PCT and hs-CRP in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the areas under the curve of single and combined detection of NT-proBNP,ESR,PCT and hs-CRP levels in the diagnosis of ACI were 0.848,0.835,0.796,0.721 and 0.975,separately,and the diagnostic efficiency of combined detection was higher than that of single detection.Conclusions:The efficiency of combined detection of serum NT-proBNP,ESR,PCT and hs-CRP levels in the diagnosis of ACI is higher than that of single detection of the four.
