摘 要:目的:分析血清C肽、透明质酸、糖化血清蛋白(GSP)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平联合检测在糖尿病肾病诊断中的效能。方法:回顾性分析2022年1月至2024年3月该院收治的150例糖尿病患者的临床资料,依据是否出现肾功能损害将其分为糖尿病组(n=90)和糖尿病肾病组(n=60),另选取同期该院60名健康体检者作为对照组。比较三组血清C肽、透明质酸、GSP、HbA1c水平,并绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线,分析血清C肽、透明质酸、GSP、HbA1c水平单项及联合检测在糖尿病肾病诊断中的效能。结果:糖尿病肾病组、糖尿病组血清C肽、透明质酸、GSP、HbA1c水平均高于对照组,且糖尿病肾病组高于糖尿病组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ROC曲线分析结果显示,血清C肽、透明质酸、GSP、HbA1c水平单项及联合检测诊断糖尿病肾病的曲线下面积分别为0.741、0.724、0.827、0.836、0.984,其中联合检测诊断效能高于四者单项检测诊断效能。结论:血清C肽、透明质酸、GSP、HbA1c水平联合检测在糖尿病肾病诊断中的效能高于四者单项检测诊断效能。Objective:To analyze efficiency of combined detection of serum C-peptide,hyaluronic acid,glycated serum protein(GSP)and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels in diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:The clinical data of 150 patients with diabetes admitted to this hospital from January 2022 to March 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into diabetic group(n=90)and diabetic nephropathy group(n=60)according to whether there was renal dysfunction,and 60 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The levels of serum C-peptide,hyaluronic acid,GSP and HbA1c were compared among the three groups.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to analyze the efficiencies of single and combined detection of serum C-peptide,hyaluronic acid,GSP and HbA1c levels in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Results:The levels of serum C-peptide,hyaluronic acid,GSP and HbA1c in the diabetic nephropathy group and diabetic group were higher than those in the control group,those in the diabetic nephropathy group were higher than those in the diabetic group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ROC curve results showed that the areas under the curve of serum C-peptide,hyaluronic acid,GSP and HbA1c levels in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy were 0.741,0.724,0.827,0.836 and 0.984,separately;and the diagnostic efficiency of combined detection was higher than that of single detection.Conclusions:The efficiencies of combined detection of serum C-peptide,hyaluronic acid,GSP and HbA1c levels in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy is higher than that of single detection of the four.
