摘 要:目的:分析多层螺旋CT薄层扫描联合三维重建技术在孤立性肺结节定性诊断中的效能。方法:回顾性分析2018年5月至2022年9月该院收治的75例孤立性肺结节患者的临床资料,均进行多层螺旋CT薄层扫描,并对图像进行三维重建,以病理检查结果为金标准,比较多层螺旋CT薄层扫描及其联合三维重建技术在孤立性肺结节定性诊断中的效能。结果:75例孤立性肺结节患者中,病理检查诊断恶性36例,良性39例;多层螺旋CT薄层扫描诊断恶性30例,良性45例;多层螺旋CT薄层扫描联合三维重建技术诊断恶性37例,良性38例;多层螺旋CT薄层扫描联合三维重建技术在孤立性肺结节定性诊断中的准确度、灵敏度均高于多层螺旋CT薄层扫描,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多层螺旋CT薄层扫描联合三维重建技术在孤立性肺结节定性诊断中的准确度、灵敏度均高于多层螺旋CT薄层扫描。Objective:To analyze efficiency of multi-slice spiral CT thin slice scanning combined with three-dimensional reconstruction in qualitative diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodules.Methods:The clinical data of 75 patients with solitary pulmonary nodules admitted to the hospital from May 2018 to September 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent multi-slice spiral CT thin slice scanning and threedimensional reconstruction of the images were performed.Using the results of pathological examination as the gold standard,the efficiency of multislice spiral CT thin slice scanning and its combined three-dimensional reconstruction technique in the qualitative diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodules were compared.Results:The pathological examination showed that among the 75 patients with solitary pulmonary nodules,36 were diagnosed as malignant and 39 as benign;multi-slice spiral CT thin slice scanning diagnosed 30 malignant cases and 45 benign cases;multi-slice spiral CT thin slice scanning combined with three-dimensional reconstruction technique conformed 37 malignant cases and 38 benign cases.The accuracy and the sensitivity of multi-slice spiral CT thin slice scanning combined with three-dimensional reconstruction technique in the qualitative diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodules were higher than those of multi-slice spiral CT thin slice scanning,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The accuracy and the sensitivity of multi-slice spiral CT thin slice scanning combined with three-dimensional reconstruction in the qualitative diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodules are higher than those of multi-slice spiral CT thin slice scanning.
