摘 要:目的:分析呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平与哮喘患者肺功能指标水平的相关性。方法:选取2021年9月至2023年6月该院收治的120例哮喘患者为观察组,另选取同期该院120名健康体检者为对照组。检测两组FeNO、外周血EOS计数、IgE水平和肺功能指标[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、FEV_(1)/FVC]水平,比较两组FeNO、外周血EOS计数、IgE、FVC、FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC水平,采用Pearson相关性分析FeNO、外周血EOS计数、IgE水平与哮喘患者肺功能指标水平的相关性。结果:观察组FeNO、外周血EOS计数、IgE水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组FEV_(1)、FVC、FEV_(1)/FVC水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果显示,FeNO、外周血EOS计数、IgE水平与FEV_(1)、FVC、FEV_(1)/FVC水平均呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05)。结论:FeNO、外周血EOS计数、IgE水平与哮喘患者FEV_(1)、FVC、FEV_(1)/FVC水平均呈负相关。Objective:To analyze correlations among levels of exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO),peripheral blood eosinophil(EOS)count,immunoglobulin E(IgE)and lung function index levels in asthmatic patients.Methods:120 patients with asthma admitted to this hospital from September 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 120 healthy subjects during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of FeNO,peripheral blood EOS count,IgE level and lung function indexes[forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),FEV_(1)/FVC]were detected in the two groups.The levels of FeNO,peripheral blood EOS count,IgE,FVC,FEV_(1)and FEV_(1)/FVC were compared between the two groups.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlations among the levels of FeNO,peripheral blood EOS count,IgE and the lung function index levels in the patients with asthma.Results:The levels of FeNO,peripheral blood EOS count and IgE in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of FEV_(1),FVC and FEV_(1)/FVC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the levels of FeNO,peripheral blood EOS count and IgE level were negatively correlated with the levels of FEV_(1),FVC and FEV_(1)/FVC(r<0,P<0.05).Conclusions:The levels of FeNO,peripheral blood EOS count and IgE level are negatively correlated with the levels of FEV_(1),FVC and FEV_(1)/FVC.
