摘　　要：目的:观察同伴支持护理在慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年10月该院收治的116例慢性心力衰竭患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组各58例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用同伴支持护理,比较两组基于中国文化改良明尼苏达心力衰竭生存质量量表(C-MLHF)评分、自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分和出院6个月内因主要心血管不良事件再住院率。结果:出院后6个月,两组C-MLHF评分和自我概念、自我护理技能、健康知识水平、自护责任感等ESCA维度评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出院6个月内因主要心血管不良事件再住院率为6.90%,明显低于对照组的20.69%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用同伴支持护理可提高慢性心力衰竭患者C-MLHF评分和ESCA评分,以及降低因主要心血管不良事件再住院率,效果优于单纯常规护理效果。Objective:To observe application effect of peer support nursing in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 116 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to this hospital from January 2021 to October 2022.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,58 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given the peer support nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The modified Minnesota heart failure quality of life scale based on Chinese culture(C-MLHF),the exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)score,and the readmission rate due to major cardiovascular adverse events within 6 months after discharge were compared between the two groups.Results:Six months after discharge,the C-MLHF score and ESCA dimension scores such as self-concept,self-care skills,health knowledge level and self-care responsibility of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The readmission rate due to major adverse cardiovascular events within 6 months after discharge in the observation group was 6.90%,which was significantly lower than 20.69%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the peer support nursing can improve the C-MLHF scores and the ESCA scores of the patients with chronic heart failure,and reduce the readmission rate due to major cardiovascular adverse events.Moreover,it is superior to simple routine nursing.
