阶段性康复护理在下肢骨骨折手术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察阶段性康复护理在下肢骨骨折手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年7月至2023年10月该院收治的76例下肢骨骨折手术患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组各38例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用阶段性康复护理。比较两组护理前后疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分、肿胀程度、足踝功能[美国足踝外科协会(AOFAS)踝-后足评分]评分,以及并发症发生率。结果:护理1周后,两组VAS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理1周后,两组肿胀程度分级均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理3个月后,两组AOFAS踝-后足评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阶段性康复护理应用于下肢骨骨折手术患者可降低疼痛程度评分、并发症发生率,以及减轻关节肿胀程度,提高足踝功能评分的效果优于常规护理。Objective:To observe application effects of staged rehabilitation nursing in patients with lower limb bone fracture surgeries.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 76 patients with lower limb bone fracture surgeries admitted to this hospital from July 2020 to October 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given the staged rehabilitation nursing.The pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)]score,the swelling degree,the ankle function[American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS)ankle-posterior foot]score,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After 1 week of nursing,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 week of nursing,the swelling degree of the two groups was lower than that before the nursing,that of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing,the AOFAS ankle-posterior foot scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing,that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The staged rehabilitation nursing in the patients with lower limb bone fracture surgeries can reduce the pain scores and the incidence of complications,reduce the joint swelling degree,and improve the ankle function scores.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
