摘 要:土壤有机碳(SOC)是最大的陆地碳库,也是土壤肥力的指标之一,研究SOC含量特征对全球碳循环和土壤质量演变具有重要意义。利用40个土壤剖面来阐明江苏高邮某农场SOC的垂向分布特征及影响因素,结果表明:SOC含量随着土壤深度的增加而降低,直至100~120 cm逐步稳定,变异系数呈现先增大后减少的趋势;在农场尺度下,土壤深度和元素N是影响SOC含量的关键因素。研究表明,剖面深度宜控制在120 cm以下以更精确地评估研究区农田SOC储量;基于表层土壤SOC和土壤深度,采用指数模型可以预测深层土壤SOC含量;根据植物需求调整氮肥施用策略,可以优化种植产量,有利于缓解气候变化。Soil organic carbon(SOC)is the largest terrestrial carbon reservoir and an essential indicator of soil fertility.Studying SOC content characteristics is of significant importance for understanding the global carbon cycle and soil quality evolution.Using 40 soil profiles from a farm in Gaoyou,Jiangsu,this study elucidates its vertical distribution characteristics and influencing factors of SOC.The results indicate that SOC content decreases with increasing soil depth,stabilizing gradually at depths of 100-120 cm,while the coefficient of variation initially increases and then decreases.At the farm scale,soil depth and nitrogen(N)are key factors affecting SOC content.The study suggests that profile depth should be controlled within 120 cm for a more accurate estimation of SOC storage in agricultural fields.Additionally,using an exponential model based on surface SOC and soil depth can predict SOC in deeper layers.In farm management practices,adjusting nitrogen fertilizer application according to plant needs can not only optimize crop yield but also mitigate climate change.
