摘 要:为了客观、科学地对泵站运行安全风险进行评价,结合南水北调东线泵站实际运行情况,采用LS-熵值法构建安全风险评估模型,对各个风险因素进行量化评价,突出泵站运行安全中的重点风险因素。结果表明:混凝土及砌体结构缺陷和计算机监控系统缺陷是影响泵站运行安全的关键因素。LS-熵值法降低了主观性的偏差,把主观分析与客观分析相结合,逻辑清晰,操作简单,适用于泵站运行安全风险评估工作,可为泵站的运行安全管理提供参考。In order to evaluate the operation safety risk of pumping stations objectively and scientifically,the LS-entropy method is used to build a safety risk assessment model based on the actual operation of pumping stations on the East Route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project,and each risk factor is quantitatively evaluated to highlight the key risk factors in the operation safety of pumping stations.The results showed that the defects of concrete and masonry structure and computer monitoring system were the key factors affecting the operation safety of pumping stations.The LS-entropy method reduced the deviation of subjectivity by combining subjective analysis with objective analysis of clear logic and simple operation,and was suitable for the operation safety risk assessment of pumping stations,which provides reference for the operation safety management of pumping stations.
