摘 要:随着渡槽使用年限的增加,在各种环境因素的共同作用下,碳化逐渐成为槽身的主要病害之一。为了明确渡槽槽身健康状态并制定相应的修复措施,拟采用ANSYS软件对渡槽槽身进行碳化数值模拟,以巧英水库灌区内赤岩与里安棚渡槽为研究对象,将快速碳化28 d条件下的碳化深度与实地检测碳化深度进行对照,确认碳化仿真数据符合预期,并据此进行碳化寿命预测,结果显示赤岩渡槽与里安棚渡槽的剩余碳化寿命不容乐观。研究采用的仿真模拟与碳化寿命预测手段可为其他老旧渡槽碳化寿命预测提供借鉴。As the service life of the aqueduct increases,carbonization gradually becomes one of the main diseases of the aqueduct body under the joint action of various environmental factors.In order to clarify the health status of the aqueduct body and develop corresponding repair measures,a numerical simulation of carbonization of the aqueduct body is carried out using ANSYS software.Taking Chiyan and Lianpeng Aqueducts in Qiaoying Reservoir irrigation area as the research object,the carbonation depth under the condition of rapid carbonation for 28 days was compared with the carbonation depth detected on the spot,so as to confirm that the carbonation simulation data meets the expected results.Based on this,the carbonization life is predicted.The results show that the remaining carbonization life of Chiyan Aqueduct and Lianpeng Aqueduct is not optimistic.The simulation and prediction on carbonization life adopted in this paper can provide some reference in predicting for other old aqueduct carbonization life.
