摘  要:针对隧道混凝土喷射施工中经常出现堵管、爆管、回弹量较大、早起强度低等问题,以新建郑万铁路重庆段站前工程ZWCQZQ-2标为背景,对高强超微外加剂在隧道混凝土喷射施工中的应用进行详细分析。通过现场试喷,从施工速度、回弹量、混凝土强度方面,对在隧道混凝土喷射施工中添加高强超微外加剂混凝土与普通混凝土进行对比,通过原材料选择、配合比设计、回弹量控制、喷射厚度控制顺利完成隧道混凝土喷射施工任务。应用实例说明,在隧道混凝土喷射施工中加入高强超微外加剂提高了施工效率,缩短了工序时间,减少了现场回弹量,提高了混凝土的强度与和易性,保证了施工质量,可为同类工程提供借鉴。In response to the common problems of pipe blockage,pipe explosion,large rebound amount and low early strength in tunnel concrete spraying construction,the application of high-strength ultra-fine admixtures in tunnel concrete spraying construction is analyzed based on the case of ZWCQZQ-2 of Chongqing Section of the newly built Zhengwan Railway.Through on-site trial spraying,a comparative analysis was conducted between adding high-strength ultra-fine admixtures in tunnel concrete spraying construction and ordinary concrete in terms of construction speed,rebound amount,and concrete strength.The selection of raw materials,mix design,rebound amount control,and spraying thickness control were well done,and the construction of tunnel concrete spraying was successfully completed.Application examples show that the addition of high-strength ultra-fine admixtures in tunnel concrete spraying construction helps to improve construction efficiency,shorten process time,reduce on-site rebound,improve the strength and workability of concrete and ensure construction quality,offering a reference for similar engineering projects.
