摘　　要：采用相控阵技术和射线检测技术对氨制冷管道表面点状缺陷开展工程应用研究。首先,介绍了冷库氨制冷的基本原理及氨制冷管道面临的安全问题。接着,利用仿真软件对管道内外表面点状腐蚀缺陷进行仿真研究,确定了检测工艺。最后,在压力管道定期检验过程中,对某家食品冷冻厂的氨制冷管道进行无损检测抽检,发现保冷层冷量散失,成功检测出多处表面缺陷。Phased array technology and radiographic testing technology had been adopted for engineering application research on spot defects on the surface of ammonia refrigeration pipelines.Firstly,the basic principle of ammonia refrigeration in cold storage and the safety issues faced by ammonia refrigeration pipelines were introduced.Next,simulation software was used to study the spot corrosion defects on the inner and outer surfaces of the pipeline,and the detection process was determined.Finally,during the regular inspection of the pressure pipeline,non-destructive testing was conducted on the ammonia refrigeration pipeline of a certain food freezing plant.It was found that the insulation layer was leaking cold,and multiple surface defects were successfully detected.
