摘 要:当前,弹性分析法在压力容器设计中广泛应用,主要采用应力分类方式,但其存在理论劣势和局限性。通过对国标和ASME标准的学习、理解和实际应用,重点研究了极限载荷法在压力容器非回转体部件中的优势。相较于弹性分析法,极限载荷法在复杂情况下更为灵活,能准确描述非回转体部件在极端工况下的应力和变形情况。对实际案例进行研究后可知,极限载荷法相较于传统方法更能准确捕捉部件的真实工作状态,提高了设计的精度和可靠性。极限载荷法在理论上更直观、安全,计算和评定过程更简洁、高效,特别适用于结构和受力复杂的部件。Currently,the elastic analysis method is widely used in pressure vessel design,mainly using stress classification,but it has theoretical disadvantages and limitations.Through the study,understanding,and practical application of national standards and ASME standards,the advantages of the ultimate load method in non rotating components of pressure vessels were focused on.Compared to the elastic analysis method,the ultimate load method was more flexible in complex situations and could accurately describe the stress and deformation of non rotating components under extreme working conditions.After studying actual cases,it was known that the ultimate load method could more accurately capture the true working state of components compared to traditional methods,improving the accuracy and reliability of design.The ultimate load method is theoretically intuitive and safe,and has a simpler and more efficient calculation and evaluation process,especially suitable for components with complex structures and complex forces.
