摘　　要：基于工程实践,系统阐述了应用于动力风系统项目的小型齿轮组装式离心空压机技术特征和结构需求,根据市场及用户项目的需求,结合API相关标准,开发出了占地面积较小,人机交互体验较好的标准化撬块机组。主要对离心空压机的标准化撬块进行了合理展开和详述。结合大量实验结果及理论计算,使机组撬块在满足低材料消耗和高承载能力的基础上,优化了机组布置,将压缩机本体及驱动机结合为一体,从而提高机组的市场竞争力。Based on engineering practice,the technical characteristics and structural requirements of a small gear assembled centrifugal air compressor applied to power wind system projects were systematically elaborated.Based on the needs of the market and user projects,combined with API related standards,a standardized pry block unit with a small footprint and good human-computer interaction experience was developed.The standardized pry blocks of centrifugal air compressors were reasonably developed and described in detail.Based on a large number of experimental results and theoretical calculations,the unit's pry block was optimized for low material consumption and high load-bearing capacity.The compressor body and drive machine were integrated with the pry block,and the market competitiveness of the unit was improved.
