摘　　要：某公司不锈钢换热器在运行时管板开裂,导致物料渗漏。通过宏观分析、化学成分分析、拉伸试验、硬度测试、金相分析和断口分析,确定了管板开裂的原因。结果表明,外界碱性水通过保温层流入管板螺栓孔,在内壁聚集并蒸发形成碱浓缩,在加工应力作用下发生了碱应力腐蚀,导致管板开裂失效。The stainless steel heat exchanger of a certain company cracked on the tube plate during operation,resulting in material leakage.The cause of cracking in the tube plate was determined through macroscopic analysis,chemical composition testing,tensile testing,hardness testing,metallographic analysis,and fracture analysis.The results showed that alkaline water from the outside flowed into the bolt holes of the tube plate through the insulation layer,accumulated and evaporated on the inner wall to form alkali concentration.Under the action of processing stress,alkali stress corrosion occurred,resulting in cracking and failure of the tube plate.
