摘 要:湿法研磨的主要作用是增加材料的比表面积。材料比表面积越大,吸附能力、反应速率和催化效率就越高,因此在许多领域都有着广泛的应用。湿法研磨废料污染性极强,处理困难,不宜通过大量实验来研究研磨工艺。因此基于CFD-DEM耦合模拟对湿法研磨工艺进行研究,以盘销复合转子为例,分析转速、填充率、锆珠直径对研磨效果的影响。利用多元线性回归分析可得到:锆珠直径为0.8、转速为2500、填充为90%时为3个因素的优水平,3个因素的0.8、2500、90%组合为本实验最优组合。因素对实验结果影响的主次顺序是:锆珠直径-质量填充-转速。The main effect of wet grinding is to increase the specific surface area of the material.The larger the specific surface area of a material,the higher its adsorption capacity,reaction rate,and catalytic efficiency,making it widely used in many fields.Wet grinding waste is highly polluting and difficult to handle,making it unsuitable to conduct extensive experiments to study the grinding process.Therefore,based on CFD-DEM coupling simulation,the wet grinding process is studied,taking the disc pin composite rotor as an example to analyze the effects of rotational speed,filling rate,and zirconium bead diameter on the grinding effect.By using multiple linear regression analysis,it can be concluded that the optimal levels for three factors are a zirconium bead diameter of 0.8,a rotational speed of 2500,and a filling rate of 90%.The optimal combination for this experiment is the combination of 0.8,2500,and 90%of the three factors.The ranking of factors affecting experimental results is as follows:zirconium bead diameter,mass filling,and rotational speed.
