摘 要:目前,地质岩心钻探现场测量泥浆性能参数主要依赖手工测量,但存在着测量工序烦琐、精度不高、易受人员操作水平及其他客观因素影响、自动化程度低、实时性差、易腐蚀操作人员皮肤等弊端。文本针对这一行业难题,开展了泥浆性能自动测量装置结构设计、传感器优选、测量流程控制、替代型滤纸研制等关键技术的攻关。通过大量室内试验对比与验证,研制出一套泥浆性能多参数自动测量仪,实现了一键自动测量泥浆滤失量、含砂量、密度、漏斗粘度、pH值与温度等6项参数,且具有自动清洗、数据存储与远程传输等功能,测量精度与可靠性满足钻探现场泥浆自动测量的需求。该测量仪对降低技术人员劳动强度和提高钻探自动化、信息化水平具有重要意义。Currently,the measurement of mud performance parameters at geological core drilling sites primarily relies on manual methods,which suffer from cumbersome measurement procedures,low accuracy,susceptibility to o-perator skill levels and other objective factors,low automation level,lack of real-time capabilities,and potential skin corrosion for operators.To address these industry challenges,this paper focuses on key technological breakthroughs,including the structural design of an automatic mud performance measurement device,sensor optimization,measurement process control,and the development of alternative filter paper.Through extensive laboratory comparisons and verifications,a multi-parameter automatic mud performance measurement instrument has been developed.This instrument achieves one-button automatic measurement of six parameters including mud filtration loss,sand content,density,funnel viscosity,pH value and temperature.It also features automatic cleaning,data storage,and remote transmission functions.The measurement accuracy and reliability meet the requirements for automatic mud measurement on drilling sites.This measurement instrument is of great significance in reducing the labor intensity of technicians and enhancing the automation and informatization levels of drilling operations.
