小儿消积止咳口服液对小儿支原体肺炎患儿免疫球蛋白及不良反应的影响

摘  要:目的探讨小儿支原体肺炎应用小儿消积止咳口服液对其免疫球蛋白及不良反应的影响。方法选择我院儿科2022年4月至2023年12月接诊的110例支原体肺炎患儿的资料开展回顾性研究,将予以阿奇霉素治疗的55例患儿列为对照组,将予以阿奇霉素加小儿消积止咳口服液治疗的55例患儿列为试验组。对照组用药为阿奇霉素,试验组用药为阿奇霉素加小儿消积止咳口服液。治疗前、治疗5 d,对比免疫功能[免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)]、炎性状态[白细胞计数(WBC)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)]、肺功能[用力肺活量(FVC)、肺总容量(TLC)、残气量(RV)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)];对比临床疗效与不良反应。结果治疗5 d,组间比较,试验组免疫指标(IgG、IgA、IgM)、炎性指标(WBC、IL-6、CRP)、RV更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组FVC、TLC、FEV1更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗总有效率上,试验组(94.6%)比对照组(81.8%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在不良反应上,2组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿支原体肺炎应用小儿消积止咳口服液的疗效确切,可降低患儿免疫球蛋白与炎性因子水平,减轻疾病对患儿肺功能的影响,还不会加重不良反应。Objective To investigate the effects of Xiaoer Xiaoji cough oral liquid on immunoglobulin and adverse reactions of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the data of 110 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our Department of Pediatrics from April 2022 to December 2023.55 children treated with azithromycin were classified as the control group,and 55 children treated with azithromycin plus Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid were classified as the experimental group.The control group used azithromycin,and the experimental group used azithromycin plus Xiaoer Xiaoji cough oral liquid.The immune function[immunoglobulin A(IgA),IgM,and IgG],inflammatory status[white blood cell count(WBC),interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)],pulmonary function[forced vital capacity(FVC),total lung volume(TLC),residual gas volume(RV),Forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)before and 5 days after treatment were compared.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared.Results After 5 days of treatment,the immune indexes(IgG,IgA,IgM),inflammatory indexes(WBC,IL-6,CRP)and RV in the experimental group were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).FVC,TLC and FEV1 were higher in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group(94.55%)was higher than that of the control group(81.82%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Xiaoer Xiaoji cough oral liquid in children with mycoplasma pneumonia has a definite effect,which can reduce the levels of immunoglobulin and inflammatory factors in children,reduce the impact of the disease on the lung function of children,and will not aggravate adverse reactions.
