马尼地平治疗原发性高血压的效果及与改善血清炎症因子和血管内皮功能的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨马尼地平治疗原发性高血压的效果及改善血清炎症因子和血管内皮功能的情况。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月杞县中医院收治的原发性高血压患者98例为研究对象,所有患者均服用国产马尼地平,持续治疗3个月,定期随诊;对比所有患者治疗前、治疗后第1、3个月血压、血清炎症因子[白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-10和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)]、血清内皮功能指标[内皮素-1(ET-1)和一氧化氮(NO)],整理所有患者治疗后第3月血压达标情况,将研究对象分为达标组和未达标组,对比2组血清炎症因子和内皮功能指标。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后第1个月收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、血清IL-6、TNF-α和ET-1均降低(P<0.05),而IL-10和NO则升高(P<0.05);与治疗后第1个月比较,治疗后第3个月SBP和DBP、血清IL-6、TNF-α和ET-1均降低(P<0.05),而IL-10和NO则升高(P<0.05)。治疗后第3个月血压达标率高于治疗后第1个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后第3个月达标组血清炎症因子和血管内皮功能指标变化明显(P<0.05);未达标组血清炎症因子和血管内皮功能指标无明显变化(P>0.05);其中达标组血清IL-6、TNF-α和ET-1低于未达标组(P<0.05),而血清IL-10和NO高于未达标组(P<0.05)。结论马尼地平治疗轻中度原发性高血压患者疗效确切,可能与减轻炎症反应和改善血管内皮功能有关。Objective To explore the effect of manipine in the treatment of primary hypertension and its improvement of serum inflammatory factors and endothelial function.Methods Ninety-eight patients with primary hypertension admitted to Qixian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were treated with manidipine for 3 months and were followed up regularly.The blood pressure,serum inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),IL-10,and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],endothelial function indicators[endothelin-1(ET-1)and nitric oxide(NO)]before treatment,the first month and third month after treatment were compared.All patients in the third month after treatment were divided into the compliance group and the non-compliance group based on the blood pressure compliance status,and the serum inflammatory factors and endothelial function indicators between the two groups were compared.Results Compared with before treatment,both systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),serum IL-6,TNF-αand ET-1 decreased in the first month after treatment(P<0.05),while serum IL-10 and NO increased(P<0.05).Compared with the first month after treatment,both SBP,DBP,serum IL-6,TNF-αand ET-1 decreased(P<0.05),while serum IL-10 and NO increased(P<0.05).The blood pressure compliance rate in the third month after treatment was higher than that in the first month after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,there were significant changes in serum inflammatory factors and vascular endothelial function indicators in the standard group in the third month after treatment(P<0.05),there was no significant change in serum inflammatory factors and vascular endothelial function indicators in the non-standard group(P>0.05).Among them,the levels of IL-6,TNF-αand ET-1 in the standard group were significantly lower than those of the non-compliant group(P<0.05),while the levels of IL-10 and NO were higher than those of the non-compliant group(P<0.05).Conclusio
