针刺联合米拉贝隆治疗虚实夹杂型膀胱过度活动症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究针刺联合米拉贝隆治疗虚实夹杂型膀胱过度活动症患者的疗效和安全性。方法选取2021年8月至2024年8月福建中医药大学附属三明市中西医结合医院泌尿外科经临床诊断确诊的虚实夹杂型膀胱过度活动症患者60例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组[30例,口服米拉贝隆+针刺(肾俞、三阴交、次髎、中极、膀胱俞、关元、气海、阴陵泉、会阳穴位)治疗]和对照组(30例,口服米拉贝隆)。对日平均尿急次数、排尿次数、漏尿次数、夜尿次数进行评价,并统计安全性。结果治疗第2周,两组日平均尿急次数、排尿次数、漏尿次数、夜尿次数较同组治疗前均下降,且治疗组日平均尿急次数、排尿次数、漏尿次数、夜尿次数均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗第4周,两组日平均尿急次数、排尿次数、漏尿次数、夜尿次数进一步改善,治疗组日平均尿急次数、排尿次数、漏尿次数、夜尿次数均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在口服米拉贝隆缓释片基础上联合针刺治疗虚实夹杂型膀胱过度活动症的疗效优于单纯应用口服米拉贝隆缓释片治疗的疗效,可减轻患者的痛苦,缩短恢复时间。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture combined with Mirabel in the treatment of patients with falsely mixed bladder hyperactivity disorder.Methods A total of 60 cases from August 2021 to August 2024,Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Sanming City Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine urology confirmed by clinical diagnosis of 60 patients with bladder overactivity syndrome,The group was divided by random numbers into a treatment group[30 cases,oral myrabelon+acupuncture(renal node,third intercourse,lower trimester,intermediate,bladder node,Guanyun,qihai,qingyin,qingyun)treatment]and a control group(30 cases,oral myrabelleon).Evaluate the average daily number of urinary emergencies,the number of urination,the number urinary leaks,and the number of night urine,and statistically assess the safety.Results During the second week of treatment,the average daily frequency of urinary urgency,urination,urine leakage,and nocturia in both groups decreased compared to the pre-treatment levels within the same group.Moreover,the treatment group showed significantly better outcomes in terms of average daily frequency of urinary urgency,urination,urine leakage,and nocturia compared to the control group(P<0.05).By the fourth week of treatment,these indicators further improved in both groups.The treatment group had significantly lower average daily frequency of urinary urgency,urination,urine leakage,and nocturia compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The efficacy of combination acupuncture on the basis of oral lirabenol slow-release tablets in treating falsely mixed bladder hyperactivity is better than the efficacy of oral irabenol slow release tablets alone,which can reduce patient suffering and shorten recovery time.
