宫颈球囊扩张联合催产素在足月妊娠羊水过少孕妇促宫颈成熟中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究宫颈球囊扩张联合催产素对足月妊娠羊水过少孕妇促宫颈成熟中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月至2024年1月重庆市铜梁区人民医院产科96例足月妊娠羊水过少孕妇为研究对象,依据随机数字法分组,对照组(48例)只给予催产素治疗,观察组(48例)给予宫颈球囊扩张、催产素联合治疗,对比两组促宫颈成熟效果、分娩情况及围生期不良事件发生率。结果观察组用药4 h、8 h、12 h宫颈Bishop评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组第一、二、三产程、总产程时间及产后出血量低于对照组,阴道分娩率高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组围生期总不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫颈球囊扩张联合催产素能促进足月妊娠羊水过少孕妇宫颈成熟,改善分娩结局。Objective To study the effect of cervical balloon dilation combined with oxytocin on promoting cervical maturation in pregnant women with oligohydramnios during term pregnancy.Methods A total of 96 pregnant women with term pregnancy and oligohydramnios admitted to the Maternal and Child Health Department of Tongliang District People’s Hospital in Chongqing from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into groups using a random number method.The control group(48 cases)was only treated with oxytocin,while the observation group(48 cases)received a combination of cervical balloon dilation and oxytocin treatment.The effects of the two groups on cervical ripening,delivery outcomes,and the incidence of perinatal adverse events were compared.Results The Bishop score of the cervix in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 4 hours,8 hours,and 12 hours(P<0.05).The duration of thefirst,second,and third stages of labor,as well as the total labor time and postpartum blood loss,were lower in the observation group than in the control group,while the vaginal delivery rate was higher in the observation group(all P<0.05).The overall incidence of perinatal adverse events was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Cervical balloon dilation combined with oxytocin can promote cervical maturation and improve the outcome of delivery in pregnant women with oligohydramnios.
