胸腔镜精准定位复位内固定术治疗胸外伤伴肋骨骨折的临床有效性评价

摘　　要：目的分析胸外伤伴肋骨骨折采用胸腔镜精准定位复位内固定术治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月东营市第二人民医院收治的70例胸外伤伴肋骨骨折患者,采用随机数字表形式进行组别分配,对照组(35例)术式为传统经胸内固定术,观察组(35例)术式为胸腔镜精准定位复位内固定术,分析两组手术相关指标、术后恢复指标、治疗有效率、术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时长、切口长度、术中出血量等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。相较于对照组,观察组术后胸管留置时长、疼痛时长、术后呼吸机应用时间及住院时长均更短,引流量更少,术后下床时间更早(P<0.05)。观察组较对照组患者手术总有效情况更优(P<0.05)。观察组较对照组并发症总发生情况更少(P<0.05)。结论采用胸腔镜精准定位复位内固定术予以患者胸外伤伴肋骨骨折治疗,手术实施情况及患者术后恢复情况具有优势性的同时,患者疾病治疗有效性及安全性均可得到充分保障。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of thoracoscopic precise positioning reduction and internalfixation in the treatment of thoracic trauma with rib fracture.Methods A total of 70 patients with chest trauma and rib fractures admitted to Dongying Second People’s Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected.They were randomly assigned to groups using a random number table.The control group(35 cases)underwent traditional open chestfixation surgery,while the observation group(35 cases)underwent thoracoscope-assisted precise positioning and reduction internalfixation surgery.The study analyzed various surgical-related indicators,postoperative recovery indicators,treatment effectiveness rates,and the incidence of postoperative complications for both groups.Results In the observation group,the duration of surgery,length of incision,and intraoperative blood loss were all superior to those in the control group.(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the observation group had shorter durations for postoperative chest tube placement,pain duration,postoperative ventilator use,and hospital stay,as well as less drainage and earlier time to get out of bed after surgery(P<0.05).The overall surgical effectiveness was better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group also had fewer total complications compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Thorthoracoscopic precise positioning and internalfixation are used to treat thoracic trauma with rib fracture.While the operation and the postoperative recovery of patients have advantages,the effectiveness and safety of patients’disease treatment can be fully guaranteed.
