摘 要:ATP生物荧光法在微生物检测中的应用展现出其广泛的适用性和重要性。无论是在医疗、食品安全还是环境监测领域,该方法都能提供快速、灵敏的检测结果,为维护公共健康和安全提供了有力支持。ATP生物荧光法凭借其高灵敏度、快速性及直观性,已成为外科环境及手表面清洁度检测的重要工具。随着医疗卫生领域对感染控制的重视,手术室及相关医疗环境的清洁度成为研究的重点。本文首先概述了ATP生物荧光法,随后综述了ATP生物荧光法的国内外应用现状,总结了ATP生物荧光法在不同清洁标准下的适用性以及存在的局限性。此外,本文还探讨了该方法在手表面清洁度检测中的潜力,指出了其在保证手术安全和减少感染风险方面的应用前景。最后,本文提出了未来研究方向,以期为进一步提高清洁度监测方法的有效性提供参考。The application of ATP biluorescence in microbial detection shows its wide applicability and importance.Whether in thefield of medical,food safety or environmental monitoring,this method can provide fast and sensitive test results,providing strong support for the maintenance of public health and safety.ATP biofluorescence,with its high sensitivity,speed and intuition,has become an important tool for surgical environment and hand surface cleanliness detection.With the emphasis on infection control in the healthfield,the cleanliness of the operating room and related medical environment has become the focus of research.This paperfirst provides an overview of ATP bioluminescence,then reviews the current application of ATP bioluminescence at home and abroad,and summarizes the applicability and limitations of ATP bioluminescence under different cleaning standards.Furthermore,this paper explores the potential of the method for the detection of hand surface cleanliness,showing its promise in ensuring safe surgery and reducing the risk of infection.Finally,this paper proposes future research directions to further improve the effectiveness of cleanliness monitoring methods.
